Two hundred dollars covers one student for the whole year.
Every family pays a supply fee so the co-op can buy what the classes need. Some years a family can’t. When someone sponsors that student, nobody has to have the conversation about it — the child just shows up on Tuesday and gets to work.
Both open an email to us. Nothing is charged online — giving is by check or cash.

How to give
No online payments. Two ways, both simple.
By check
Made out to Damian Brockway, with LLA supplies on the memo line. Hand it in on a Tuesday, or mail it.

Give it to Damian or Ginny on a co-op day. You’ll get a written receipt the same morning.
Please read this before you give. Lions Light Academy is a small homeschool co-op, not a registered nonprofit. We do not have 501(c)(3) status and your gift is not tax‑deductible. Funds are held in a personal account because the co-op has no bank account of its own, and every dollar goes to classroom supplies, equipment, and the church that hosts us. We keep a written record of what comes in and what it buys, and any family may ask to see it.
If you want to sponsor a specific student, say so and the full amount goes to that family’s fee. Otherwise it goes to whoever needs it first.
